10. Conclusion to Part 2: The Future of a Symbiotic Economy through Hwajaeng

This study has proposed a new paradigm that combines correlative thinking and Hwajaeng as a survival strategy for humanity in the AI era. Part 1 confirmed the distinctive strengths of human beings in the AI era through the four modes of correlative thinking: Ipche (stereoscopic, 立體), Sunhwan (cyclical, 循環), Gonggam (empathy, 共感), and Yunghap (convergence, 融合). Part 2 clarified how these four modes of correlative thinking correspond precisely to the four-gate structure of Wonhyo's Hwajaeng theory—the Arising-and-Ceasing Gate (spring), the Three-Natures Gate (summer), the Suchness Gate (autumn), and the Pure Land Gate (winter)—and applied this to the Hwajaeng-based integration of the four economic theories.

Hwajaeng conveys the following message to humanity in the AI era: differing viewpoints each possess their own validity, and Hwajaeng is not a way in which one annihilates the others, but rather a mutual subsumption and integration at a higher dimension.

The Symbiotic Connective Economy (相生連結經濟) is the embodiment of the principle of Hwajaeng in the economic domain. When libertarian freedom, utilitarian efficiency, social-contractarian justice, and communitarian solidarity are integrated cyclically like spring, summer, autumn, and winter, the economy of the AI era can be transformed into a symbiotic economy in which all of humanity survives together.

Just as the liberation and cessation of Buddhism possess a dynamic stillness in which body and mind are perfectly unified, the logic of Hwajaeng is humanity's distinctive wisdom that leads the conflicts and oppositions of the AI era toward integration at a higher dimension.
